I made several off line activities to go with Showertime!  They include simple picture and word lotto, picture-to-word match, trace the word, and riddle clues to use with lotto or other activities.  They are made with Boardmaker using your pictures.  I plan to post these on a yahoo listserv (TEAL).  Is this ok?  I loved Showertime!, and the guys I tried it with did too.  I am happy to find a simple but fun activity which still has age-appropriate graphics for older students/young adults.

I replied: Certainly you can post them on the listserv! Let’s also put a link from the original Showertime! post to your extensions. This is just the sort of thing I hoped people would do!

Alison not only posted the extension activities on the TEAL listserv, but she made PDF versions you can download from the bottom of this page.  You must be a member of the TEAL listserv to access messages and files, but it’s a free sign-up.  The URL for the Teal listserv is: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TechnologyinEducationforallLearners

If you become a member of TEAL, you can get the Boardmaker® version of these activities and, if you have that application, you can edit them as needed.  Otherwise, download the PDF versions. You can’t edit them, but you can open and print them using Adobe Acrobat.

These are really nice activities Alison has created!  The gift of the time you spent, Alison, in creating these will be appreciated by everyone. Thank you so much for sharing them with the entire Attic gang.
