In 2013, I began uploading the tutorials from all the activity sets to a self publishing site, so that they would be available in a professional and easily displayed format for workshops.
In the summer of 2016, the YuDu self publishing site decided to remove my tutorials because they didn’t have high readership. Well, you regular visitors to the Attic know that you are a very special group! That’s an ongoing problem with manuals and tutorials that are useful only to a very specific set of readers.
Luckily, I found another free self publishing site, issuu.com, that promises they will never remove a publication because it has only a few readers. Now, in 2017, issuu has re-written their site in HTML 5, making their online documents display beautifully on all devices, including iPad®. You may want to take a look at issuu as a venue for some of your handouts, or online courses.
I’ve uploaded even more of the tutorials from various activity sets, and changed the Annie’s Tutorials Online link in the sidebar to go to a whole new department for online tutorials. It has its own dedicated Search box and categories with the tutorials grouped by application. Take a look!
Thank you for this great resource.
